Calling all teachers, high school Principals, councelors, and anyone associated with North Florida (Duval, Clay, and St. Johns county) schools. The Women Who Rock the Blues is awarding scholarships to a female student going into her freshman year of college. She does not have to major in Music, however she must be following a musical path while in school, and show proof of her current association with music in the community.
